Well here are a few of my opinions on an easier way to manage and monitor routes.

First of all the admins/leaders of the airline should clean up our flight schedule on AFTS to UK based flights only or UK and European just to start off simple (and then expand at a later time). Also we could create a new forum for pilots to post flight logs on routes they have flown and when, and as the sad git that I am, with too much free time I could create a summary on what flight have been flown the most (monthly basis) and then we can look into assigning or asking pilots if they would wish to fly the least flown routes to build up a reputation on those routes.

Just thought of these because it took me ages to go through our current schedule lol.

Remember you can put the routes in aplhabetical order by their ICAO codes on the schedules page by clicking on the "Departure" text on the header.

yeah true lol so do you reckon we will go ahead with what was said in one of the other posts of assigning routes or maybe depature airports to pilots so we can do all routes departing from that 1 airport.

Do you have specific destinations in mind? There are quite a few scheduled flights in and out of MAN.

Cheers,

Rob.
